Returns and exchanges

If it is not right, tell us. We would rather sort it out than have you keep something you do not wear.

The short version

You have 30 days from delivery. Send it back unworn and in its box and you get a refund or an exchange, whichever you prefer.

Return postage is on you unless the piece arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, in which case it is on us and we will send a label.

Made to order pieces

Everything is made to order, which is why we ask you to be reasonably sure before you buy. It also means we cannot take back anything that has been worn, resized or altered.

If something breaks

Within the first year, if a clasp fails or a cord goes, send it back and we will repair it at no charge. Beyond a year we will still usually fix it, we just may ask for postage.
